Employee Counselling
However efficient and caring your organisation is, sometimes professional help is needed.
I provide an essential private counselling service for companies and organisations within the UK. All one hour sessions are paid for by the employer and are charged at £68.
This service is accessible from wherever you are within the UK, as counselling is provided by phone or video call.
Use as required
You can use the service as and when required.
I provide up to 12 weekly or fortnightly sessions including an initial assessment. The number of sessions is initially decided by yourself and your employee. This does not have to be fixed and can be reviewed, if appropriate. For example, you may wish to offer your employee 6 sessions. However if it becomes clear that 4 sessions is sufficient - we can then bring the counselling to an end.
I hold an Enhanced Disclosure & Barring Service Certificate
The beauty about this service is that you are not tied into an annual contract. You only pay for what you use. Plus you deal with me directly, so it is more personal.
Professionally qualified
I am an Accredited Registered Member with The National Counselling and Psychtherapy Society and qualified from the University of Leicester with a distinction in Contemporary Psychodynamic Counselling in 2006. I’ve been in private practice for 17 years.
