Hidden insecurities
It’s a really sad fact. We cannot hide our underlying insecurities indefinitely. At some point they start to show. And it’s always within a relationship, usually with your partner.
We all have insecurities, don’t we? Yes of course. The difference with some people is that their insecurities damage their relationships to the point where the relationship falls apart.
The underlying hurt
You probably sense what is underlying. You may know because it’s always been this way. When you look back you see the struggle, you see the hurt and anger, you see the jealousy and so on. And it is really painful to see that you are suffering and it feels like you can’t change the way you are.
You’re the way you are for a reason. Whether it’s a problem with trust, fidelity, control, independence - whatever the issue there is a root cause.
There is absolutely nothing to be gained from trying to be different. It will last a day if you’re lucky. The way to resolving this painful situation so that you can enjoy healthy loving relationships, is to deal with the root cause.
This is where I come in. I specialise in helping women deal with the insecurities that threaten their relationships.
The threat to your relationship
So many women contact me and say “and it’s started to affect my relationship”.
They are afraid. The arguments have increased. As has the despair. If the issues come and go, which is common, there is still a problem. There is only so much a relationship can withstand. There is a real danger of the relationship breaking down.
And on it goes. Heartbreak after heartbreak.

Insecurities can be resolved. They are not set in stone. If they are avoided they fester - this you know. I work with women of all ages who overcome their issues, even if they don’t fully know what the cause is.
And the beauty is, not only have they healed or resolved something that is causing them deep unhappiness now, but they have changed their entire future.

Sessions are by phone, video call or in-person. My fee is £85.00 for a private one hour session.
